HOUSE RULES
Dear Guests!
Please read carefully the following rules and regulations, which are designed to ensure the smooth use of our apartment and the comfort and safety of everyone. By renting the apartment you agree to the following rules.
1. Arrival and departure
– The arrival time of the apartment is after 15:00.
– Departure time is 10:00 at the latest, so that the apartment can be prepared for the next guest.
2. Accommodation and equipment
– The apartment is clean and equipped for all guests. Please take care of the equipment and the condition of the apartment as much as possible.
– All equipment and furniture in the apartment must be used for its intended purpose.
3.Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels
– The apartment will provide cleaning once a week, which includes the change of bed linen and towels. This service is only available for stays longer than one week.
– Cleaning and changing is done in the middle of the guest’s stay (after the first week). The cleaning date will be agreed with the guest in advance to ensure a smooth cleaning.
– If the guest requires additional cleaning during their stay, this must be notified in advance and an extra charge may be made.
4. Fire safety rules
– It is forbidden to store or use flammable materials in the apartment.
– Please use the stove and other electrical appliances under supervision at all times.
– Please do not leave lighted candles, cigarettes or other sources of ignition at windows or on balconies.
5. Smoking
– Smoking is prohibited in the apartment! Please smoke on the terrace of the apartment.
– If the guest smokes in the apartment, a penalty will be deducted from the deposit to cover the costs of cleaning.
6. Pets
– Pets are not allowed in the apartment! If the guest wishes to bring a pet, please contact us in advance.
7. Visitors
– The apartment can only accommodate the persons specified at the time of booking.
– If other guests are required, please let us know in advance and make arrangements.
8. Maintenance and problems
– If you experience any problems (e.g. plumbing leaks, electrical faults), please report them immediately so that we can deal with them as soon as possible.
– If maintenance work is required, we will give you advance notice.
9. Accidents and liability
– In connection with the renting of the apartment, the guest stays on the property at his/her own risk. The host is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur in the house.
– The guest is responsible for any damage caused in or around the apartment.
10. Please respect the neighbours’ privacy and avoid any noisy activities in the area of the apartment.
11. Booking and cancellation
In case of cancellation, please inform us as soon as possible.
Cancellation conditions will be specified at the time of booking.
12. Use of Internet and electronic devices
Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The password is available to guests, please use it for personal use only.
The use of electronic devices (TV, fridge, microwave, etc.) in the apartment is strictly limited to their intended purpose. Please ensure that the appliances are not overloaded.
13. Use of outdoor areas
Guests are kindly requested to keep the garden and terraces of the apartment tidy and clean.
14. When using the swimming pool in the apartment, please observe the pool use policy for your own safety and the comfort of other guests.
15. Use of air conditioning and heating
The apartments are equipped with air conditioning and heating systems. Please use the appliances sparingly for energy efficiency and comfort.
Please do not leave the air conditioning on when the windows are open or use the heating in summer to avoid energy overheating.
